Okay , here we go.

Boar Boss (Boss 1): Let him hit you the first time. Before he starts to try to ram you, go to the top ( or bottom) of the screen. When he starts running for you, quickly change sides. The gnome will try to throw a spear at you, so quickly get out of the way. Go over to the spear, pick it up, and dont move. When the boss is in front of you, throw the spear at him. It will stun him, so you will have time to attack him. He will then rear up, and when he is about to slam the ground, quickly move and jump so you wont take impact. Repeat process from start.

The Freak (Boss 2): Run over to where he is so his health bar will activate, then quickly run back. Wait until someone hits you with a fruit, then pick it up and throw it at him. He will start chewing on it , so now you can attack. When he jumps away and tries to ram you , quickly jump over him because he can kill you in one hit easily. Repeat process.
